First let me say we love our certified 2019 Jeep Rubicon; the used car dealership was excellent before the sale telling you everything you wanted to hear. After the sale when trying to contact the salesperson regarding some issues with the vehicle she would not return an email or phone call, I tried to contact the sales manager with the same result and finally I contacted the Executive Dealer Operator Wesley McCullar, he directed his staff to take care of my concerns. The sales manager Tony Zorn listened to my concerns and again told me what I wanted to hear. To be a certified vehicle there were some things wrong that should have been addressed before the sale. I had an appointment Saturday 2/17 to address a recall, fix the left turn signal, install a missing wheel cover, and get a key made. The only item that was accomplished Saturday was the additional key being made after waiting for 3.5 hours and spending $325.00 for it. To be clear, it’s not the service department’s fault, nothing from my conversation and email with Tony Zorn was passed along to the service department. I sent Tony Zorn a couple of texts Saturday morning while I was at the service department, and he has yet to return them. Also beware, the finance manager tried to saddle us with a high interest rate although our credit is excellent and we paid 50% down on the vehicle, only after I questioned what our interest would be he reduced it by two percentage points. Why would we not have gotten the best rate possible from the start? I only see 5-star ratings on this site, so I doubt this will be published. More

Charles (Chuck) was very down-to-earth and knowledgeable about the car-buying process. Before arriving, he sent over all of the Grand Cherokees that were the generation I was looking for (WK2) and opened a about the car-buying process. Upon arriving, we took a look at the cars and took a test drive with no high-pressure sales tactics. This low-anxiety sales style is fantastic and I’d recommend that anyone who is looking for a CDJR head to Lake Norman CDJR! More

I had an absolute blast buying my first wrangler with Maggie. This was the second jeep vehicle that I purchased with her, and I was super happy to come back to her for the second go around. She helped me work through my options and took me on some test drives, and helped me whittle down to where I wanted to be. One of the great things about working with Maggie is that you feel like you’re just talking with a friend and it’s just easy times. I ended up with exactly what I wanted and I’m having the best time driving my new wrangler. I can’t say enough about the finance team either. Both Tony and Kevin were super helpful and made me feel great about the process. I can’t recommend Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram enough. They are awesome. More
