Great car, beware of fine print Got a great car but it took awhile. Christina was excellent to work with, however her manager was playing some of the usual car dealer games. He blamed the online faulty add for the $5000 price increase and then tried to bully me into the deal. Actually left to go to another dealership but got a call that they could come down in price about $1500 . Manager was rather pushy and I can't imagine how female customers feel around him and his tactics. Like I said, car is great but no owner's manual on a used car so I have to go buy one because they can't be gracious enough to send me one even though just spent $23500 on a car with them!! Glad Genesis' are great cars and great value!! More

Best 4th of July so far! It took our whole day off but the team at Colonial Hyundai was phenominal. Since January, 2019, Krista Smoot stayed in touch with us when we inquired It took our whole day off but the team at Colonial Hyundai was phenominal. Since January, 2019, Krista Smoot stayed in touch with us when we inquired about the Hyundai Palisade and answered all our questions promptly. Tammy Zegac kept us informed of promotions being run. When we showed up on July 4th after Tammy called us on July 3rd to confirm arrival/availability of the Palisades, Krista came out to greet us and passed us on to Michael Wilkinson. Michael was great, patient and treated us with dignity. He and the Finance team worked hard to make sure we got the best deal for the best available vehicle we ended up wanting. I wish we could remember the key Finance guy who worked with Michael to make our day spent end up pleasantly.
