This ain't our first time at the rodeo. Joshua spent time showing us the vehicle (we already knew what we wanted) and providing excellent customer service as he obtained and worked with the Joshua spent time showing us the vehicle (we already knew what we wanted) and providing excellent customer service as he obtained and worked with the Costco representative to secure pricing for us. We felt that we were ready to move on the purchase and wanted to move right into getting the paperwork processed. Andy came out to go over the lease payment price and came off very arrogant. Instead of finding out why our calculation was not matching what he provided he tried to "school" us on how leases work even after we told him we have leased before and both work in finance. At this point, I was ready to walk away from the deal. My husband patiently went into the office to discuss this with him but all this did was extend our wait time in the dealership. Either way, I am happy and glad they were able to find a red vehicle for me. I am satisfied with my overall experience and purchase. Thanks! More
