Service agent was more interested in getting a good rating than giving me good service. Actually charged me for something I did not receive and then try to make it my misunderstanding. The service department has been in a decline with regard to service. Technician appear to be still OK. It took 3 and one half days to discover the cause of check engine light. Ms Mejia apologized for limite to service. Technician appear to be still OK. It took 3 and one half days to discover the cause of check engine light. Ms Mejia apologized for limited communication and said it was a staffing issue. So perhaps not fault and certainly a dealer issue. Overall customer engagement has declined gradually over the last decade. More

I've worked with Tamar for a few years as a customer of Subaru and she is consistent, reliable, honest, helpful and courteous. My most recent visit was for new tires and a battery check. She was able t Subaru and she is consistent, reliable, honest, helpful and courteous. My most recent visit was for new tires and a battery check. She was able to determine I was partially under a warranty for the battery so I was able to save a few bucks. She also made some recommendations for tires with pricing. I was able to do a little research and was comfortable with the selection she recommended. Both she and I picked the same tires. As soon as I drove the car off the lot, I could feel the difference in the tires; I knew the tires were top tier. I am very happy with the quality of the tires. More
