Subaru “fixed” the defective part that was the cause of battery failure and then denied reimbursement for the latest bill, $239.40, claiming that Subaru was NOT responsible. If not Subaru, then WHO is responsible. Your saving of $239 is ultimately going to cost the sale of a new vehicle.

I have been a loyal customer at Rye Subaru for 3 years,
after buying my CPO Crosstrek there. Their costs are very high, but after spening thousands each year, one would think there'd be some reciprocal loy

A brake light was out and the charged almost $50 to change it! Almost $40 was labor cost... for a lightbulb??!!!Also, most times when I get home and read over the car's report card, I find issues that needed attention that were not discussed with me. Also, this recent time, there was a mistake on what work was done.
I am starting to re-think whether or not I should go to Rye Subaru for the work on my car!
