Ms. Mejia, your service consultant's primary responsibility is to address any concerns you may be having with your vehicle and let you know of any other problems that the average driver may overlook. That you categorize her actions as "upselling" and "helping" when neither was needed is unfair, but you probably know that based on the words you used to describe the rest of your experience. Ms. Mejia was not playing a game to "make you feel taken care of" but instead informing you of your car's needs. A repair facility with personnel that could care less about you or your vehicle needs is the place you need to find.
