I bought this truck from Big M and was promised $9. 99 oil changes for as long as I owned the vehicle and kept the GoBigM.com sticker in the back window. It's still there but oil changes are approximately $15 because they are "forced" to add an environmental fee and sales tax. Big M is losing money on every oil change, charging the difference to advertising/marketing because I'm driving around with the sticker, presumably telling everyone what a great deal I got. Big M should eat the additional loss, adjust their price so it totals $9.99 to the customer and keep their word with me, their customer. Instead, I'm driving around and telling people how Big M doesn't keep their (contractual) word. It's a small thing but if a company can't do what they say on something small, I'm not going to trust them on something as large as a vehicle purchase. As I'm repeating this story multiple times to your potential future customers, I wonder if it was worth it. More
