The dealership itself was clean and comfortable, with a welcoming waiting area stocked with coffee and snacks. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. What really stood out to me was TJ’s follow-up after the sale. He reached out to make sure I was happy with everything and let me know he’s available if I have any questions or need help with any of the vehicle's features. Tj was amazing! I came in knowing the car I wanted because I had already test drove the 2025 Equinox- he told me they didn’t have the exact color but he pulled aroun I came in knowing the car I wanted because I had already test drove the 2025 Equinox- he told me they didn’t have the exact color but he pulled around a different shade of blue and I actually ended up loving the color more. We went in last Saturday, negotiated Monday and by Friday the 28 I had my brand new 2025 Equinox!! Everyone at James Wood was very transparent about pricing, I informed Tj I had a budget and he worked to uphold my budget as close as he possibly could! I will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you TJ I love my new car! More
