The sales manager promised me that a Tow HItch would be installed on the vehicle within 2 weeks. That has not happened. When I called about it, I was told that the service manager would call me when the p installed on the vehicle within 2 weeks. That has not happened. When I called about it, I was told that the service manager would call me when the part came in. That has not happened. Purchased on 10-23-2024. Today is 11-07-2024. More

I had a really pleasant experience. I was contacted by the dealership. I wasn't looking as I had purchased a new vehicle 2 years prior.
