I am an out of state customer, these guys stalled me for two days, they simply would not provide me with a purchase order so I could get them a full payment. First person literally stopped communicating, then I was assigned Tim Larson by the sales manager, Tim was no help, he spent all day telling me he needed to wait for his manager to give me a purchase order, mind you I was not asking for any discount, he also insisted they needed the pull a credit application even though I was using my own bank and money.
