My 2016 Kua Sorento SXL AWD V. 6L in excellent condition was serviced on 6.14.23 at your dealership. It was not recorded. I was rear ended & see my VIN report. I spent over 1500 in 6L in excellent condition was serviced on 6.14.23 at your dealership. It was not recorded. I was rear ended & see my VIN report. I spent over 1500 in service on oil change, air filter, brake servicing & you did not record it?!!! Incompetence. More
