Each provided truly exceptional customer service every step of the way. I am very particular about car options and ask a lot of questions. My first contact was with Paul, who answered all of my questions about the car and provided new information I did not know, despite my research. He helped me obtain manufacturer discounts on the purchase, was extremely friendly and wanted to earn my business. Mark helped with my trade, negotiated and worked with me to make it happen and gave me a fair and reasonable offer. Susan then explained every option on the car, many of which were new to me, demonstrated its features and answered my questions. Conor walked me through all of the paperwork, explained all options, and worked with me in making the best choices for my new car.
