TOOK THE CAR AFTER 2 HOURS OF WAITING WENT TO ASK WHAT WAS TAKING SO LONG. THEN WAS TOLD COULD NOT FIND THE CAR. I WAS LIED TO SAYING WAS SHORT HANDED, WHEN IT WAS A COMPUTER ISSUE IN THE FIRST PLACE. IT WAS TAKING SO LONG. THEN WAS TOLD COULD NOT FIND THE CAR. I WAS LIED TO SAYING WAS SHORT HANDED, WHEN IT WAS A COMPUTER ISSUE IN THE FIRST PLACE. IT TOOK A SALE MAN TO TELL ME THAT. I CALLED MANY OF TIME ASKING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME AND NEVER DID. ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS BE UP FRONT WITH ME SAYING THEY HAD COMPUTER ISSUES AND I WAS WELCOME TO WAIT OR RESCHEDULE. NO AFTER 2 HOURS I WAS LIED TOO. TOOK ANOTHER HOUR BEFORE THEY CHANGED THE OIL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT BE COMING THERE AGAIN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. AT THE FORD HOUSE IT COST MORE BUT A LEAST THEY DONT LIE AND DO A FULL SERVICE OF MY CAR. More
