Went in for 1st maintenance on my new Black Widow that I
bought off the show room. Oil, multi point inspection, and tire rotation. I had a socket stuck on the back rear lug nut, to which I showed the techni

They had my vehicle all day, which was fine as I had then day off. When I picked up the truck the socket was still on the same tire, thus told me they had not rotated the tires. Then had gone over in the invoice though prior that they had. It was Friday afternoon so no way could I sit and get it knocked out. I had to take a half day off which I live 90 miles away. While they got me in, noting else was mentioned. I was at least hoping they would have washed it for the work that I missed.
