So, the positive. The lady that helped me was pretty good and communicated well. The fact the truck was in the shop, for a failed part at 30k miles is a joke. I dropped it off and had to wait two months with no loaner truck until a few days before my truck was ready. The truck sat at the shop and the battery got drained, they forced me to purchase and pay for the install on a new battery or they wouldn’t fix it. Plus, when I got in the truck it had ants all in it, I’m still getting bit from some I couldn’t kill. Parked the truck on top of any hill I guess. No kore Chevy s for me. More

It took 3 months to fix my truck. I got two updates on my truck in 3 months. If that was my only vehicle it could have caused a lot of issues in my personal life. Good receptionist but bad service. had an appointment at noon for an oil change and tire rotation. They “forgot” to rotate tires and truck wasn’t done until 4:30pm.
