Not pleased. Truck sat there for 2 months before being looked at. Truck needed transmission control module. $1000 to replace, I agreed to fix it and declined the other useless $5k recommendations for everyday PM service that we handle on our own. Then I get the dreaded email that everybody in the world hates to get. "Transmission control module did not fix your problem, you need a cable and it will cost an extra $600 to replace it". Was this poor diagnosis by the tech? Was the TCM good and the cable bad and it was misdiagnosed? Were both bad and should have been presented on the 1st estimate? Nobody knows. I paid the $1000 and took a trailer to pick up my truck. I have been sending all my company vehicles to big spring for dealership repair, but this one was an exception because I didnt need the truck that week. Bad judgement on my part. More
