Debbie Gambino has also assisted me and another gentleman (however I don't recall his name), too. All three have worked together as a team to assure all of my concerns are taken care of respectfully and professionally. Even when I call in or drop by for a emergency repair. They schedule my appointments immediately and Sue has made arrangements for a courtesy car when my CRV needed to remain at the shop overnight. Thank you for all that you do. They are true team players with the right mix of professionalism and humor. There is still that needed human touch at LIA HONA of Kingston. Wini H. More

Susan Kelly was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasan Service was excellent and Susan and the mechanic had a sense of humor which is often rare. The mechanic didn't think he could clean the dirty filter Service was excellent and Susan and the mechanic had a sense of humor which is often rare.
