I presented Susan with a nasty intermittent problem that others could not solve. I give her very high marks for listening, taking the time to understand the problem and present it to the mechanic. She followed up by instructing the mechanic to extensively road test the vehicle and then did another road test herself.
I would like to extend my satisfaction to the mechanic, Chris Davis, (Whom I never met) that analyzed and fixed the problem.
It is a rare experience these days to deal with someone as competent and thorough as Susan Kelly.
