Our salesman was Stone Dalton. He promised us an all-weather cargo area mat for our Toyota Prius Prime. He claimed they did not have them in stock and that he would order it and have it sent direct all-weather cargo area mat for our Toyota Prius Prime. He claimed they did not have them in stock and that he would order it and have it sent directly to us. After a couple of weeks we called Stone to ask about it. He again led us on saying they take a while. We contacted him at least 3 times. The last time, a couple of months after our purchase, he informed me that he thought we had received it. He said it must have been sent to the dealership instead (Rohrman Toyota) and that he would have them ship it immediately. After another week or two we called and asked for the sales manager. We spoke to someone who said his name was Bob and who claimed to be the sales manager. He said he would look into it right away and get back to me. Again, nothing. We don't know if he was really the sales manager or just another salesman intercepting the call to avoid a complaint against Stone. There is no Bob listed in the Management Dept. below for them. In any case, we were apparently lied to from the beginning and the dealership did nothing to resolve this complaint., More

Our sales guy was nice and well informed and the car was fine. My complaint was with the method of payment. It was complicated and not explained well. We had leased a Toyota and turned it in seven months early and thousands of miles short of the 36,000 mark. For that, they simply came up with a number on what I would receive back on the new car we were also leasing. There were no negotiations, simply a number applied. Also, I was supposed to have a $1,200 discount. Again, looking at the financial sheet, it was impossible to see where it fit in. Finally when we were closing the deal after a 45 minute wait for the finance guy, I asked about the $1,200 and they then realized "oops" it hadn't been applied. All in all, it was confusing and not explained well. We were at the dealership, nearly four hours but the most important part (explaining the finances) was done too quickly and originally not correct. More

We purchased a 2019 Camry and asked about the delay in acceleration when taking off. Since we test drove it in ice and snow, the dealer said it was because of traction control, or the car being in eco mo acceleration when taking off. Since we test drove it in ice and snow, the dealer said it was because of traction control, or the car being in eco mode, and it could possibly corrected by using sport mode. After having the car for a week, it still has an acceleration issue and it turns out there have been numerous complaints about it.. So many complaints, that Toyota issued a Technical Service Bulletin to repair the problem over a year ago. Instead of disclosing the TSB, or fixing the issue before listing the car for sale, they sold the car to us knowing it had not been fixed. When asked why they didn't disclose the issue, and how the car passed their inspection, they said they only disclose recalls and not the TSB. More

The after the sale follow up was not what you would expect. I bought a pre owned 2019 Ford Expedition, I was told it was purchased from a Ford store on a wholesale purchase. It was delivered with no owners manual which would have the code for the keyless entry. I asked three times for someone to call the Ford store from where they got it from, and no one did and no one followed up on it. Terrible follow up. More
