I took my 4Runner in to get something fixed back in November of 2022 Then December my third rip in, I dropped it off and they had it for a week and still didn’t fix the issue I originally took it in fo November of 2022 Then December my third rip in, I dropped it off and they had it for a week and still didn’t fix the issue I originally took it in for. This is now a month after I first contacted them about my issue and I was told they were going to do some research and and get back to me in the next 2 weeks. No one has ever contacted me since, but than I did get a questionnaire about my service on January 27th, I did NOT have anything done. I have not and will not return to Bob Rohrman for any service again. The service manager told me she is always there anytime, but never takes my calls nor returns them, she has someone else do it. Most of the service writers were great, but with a service manager that doesn’t backup her word and take care of the customer will allow her attitude to bleed into the others and take everyone down. She needs to “lead by example” and not “do as I say not as I do” attitude. I had said something to the financial department and one of the sales guys, but I guess it was a waste of time. This is not the first time I have said anything nor will it be my last, the surrounding dealerships are aware as well from Lafayette dealerships said something to me, so they had already been told as well as Muncie, Kokomo, Noblesville, Fort Wayne to Ann Arbor Michigan. If I am there you can guarantee I will say something. Poor Service 👎🏻 More

Well, my opinion was really good until I looked at my finance paperwork a few days after the deal was complete. Now, my opinion is extremely low. My interactions with Jedediah Sekutera and Stone Dalton w finance paperwork a few days after the deal was complete. Now, my opinion is extremely low. My interactions with Jedediah Sekutera and Stone Dalton were positive and I have no issues with them. The finance department is a different story. We had an agreed upon price of $13,750 plus sales tax, but that’s not what the financing ended up being. I was overcharged by $700. I guess I let my guard down and missed the breakdown of pricing and was fooled by the typical finance departments number games. I am way too mad about this to even confront the dealership about it, so I decided to cut my losses and move on. However, I will not return to any Bob Rohrman dealerships and I will tell anyone that will listen to me about my experience. More

This dealership has its ups and downs. Very poor management overall. The finance guy straight up lied to me about several things - which I found out after I bought the car. Like come on?! I would not recommend buying a car from Robert Kim or STONE (the other manager) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and does not return calls or uphold promises that were made when sealing the deal. Do better. The BBB was alerted as well. Also, they do not update your address when you ask them to. They sent mail to the wrong address multiple times resulting in me NEVER GETTING THE PAPERWORK I NEED. They just sell you the car and lie and get you out of their hair as soon as possible. Will never shop bob scam-man again. I have given months to write this review hoping the Stone man would actually follow up-but no. So, 1 star !! Also they wrote a fake review and then responded to it - so here’s the real one. 😂👎👎👎 More
