As a past regualar customer, I was very dissappointed with my recent visit with Steven as my dealer contact. Scheduled an oil change & tire rotation that I would wait at dealer for maintenance. Drop off I was escorted to waiting room & left there for 2 hours. When I contacted him to see how much longer, was told car was ready…. So I was sitting in waiting room for ??? While my car was fiinished. No appologies, no greeting …he just said $115 . Annoyed I went to my car & found the passenger side seat fully reclined as if someone had been sleeping there… while I was in waiting room! There was No other reason the passenger seat would have been reclined that far back. Needleas to say… I wont be back! More

I have been going to Toyota in Nashua for about 20 years and have had Steve G as my service writer for at least 12 of those. 20 years. I trust Steve completely when he recommends items to be addressed for m and have had Steve G as my service writer for at least 12 of those. 20 years. I just want to say thanks for the great seirvice I received. From the time I drove in I was greeted with a pleasant smile and answered all the questions I asked. I was then taken to the information of received. From the time I drove in I was greeted with a pleasant smile and answered all the questions I asked. I was then taken to the information office, where I introduced to the person at the information desk, who was great. I can't remember all their names, one I think was Lee, the other one I think was Emmanuel. I left the office very satisfied. Thank you guys, keep up the good work. I forgot to mention, the waiting time was perfect. If I have to grade the whole process, from 1 to 10. I would give it an 11..once again thank you, and God bless. More
