I’m Steven Asare, a Younger Nissan Car salesman. I’ve Lived in Frederick Maryland for 14+ years. I attended Tuscarora High School and am a graduate of the class of 2019. I wouldn’t be close to the man I am today without my mother, she’s raised me to never settle and always strive for better. I’m also blessed to have spent 18 years of my life knowing my loving father before he passed, he always saw success in me and I hope to make him proud by Succeeding. I had a really positive experience at this Nissan dealership. Tyrone in the used car department gave me a very fair buyback price for my vehicle, which I truly appreciated. Edward Asare was my salesperson, and he was great to work with—very easygoing, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I also worked with Ed Beleznay in finance, and both of them made the process smooth and comfortable from start to finish. What stood out the most was that I never felt pressured. I actually left to think things over and talk it through, and they completely respected that. No constant calls or pressure tactics—just gave me the space to make the decision on my own. When I came back, everything was just as straightforward as before. Overall, a genuinely pleasant car-buying experience, and I’m very happy with the deal I got on my Pathfinder. More

Ed our finance manager was an absolute gem! He was so easy to work with and he did so much for us!!! Unfortunately the reason I gave 3/5 stars was the day we picked up our BRAND NEW car. As a f He was so easy to work with and he did so much for us!!! Unfortunately the reason I gave 3/5 stars was the day we picked up our BRAND NEW car. As a family we made a very large purchase and it was the most lack luster event at the dealership. We drove 2 hours and 45 minutes to this dealership to not be greated, our paperwork passed to someone who had no idea who we were, a brand new car that I was picking chunks of mud out of after being told it was detailed. I could have walked away with the $4000 cash down payment I brought because we had to hunt someone down just to give it to them. They didn’t even ask for it! I had to remind them I needed to give it. Then while trying to hook up my car the sales rep was dealing with his baby, and I get it. I have kids too. But no one even offered to take a picture of us with this brand new purchase until they saw my husband taking a photo of just myself and my kids. I think the world of Ed and I wish I would have gotten to thank him in person. Keep in mind when a family decides to purchase brand new… this might be one of the most exciting times of their lives… maybe make it mean something. I know you deal with this everyday… but not all families do. More

Had a really solid experience buying my car recently. I came in a bit unsure about everything, but the whole team made it feel easy and low-pressure from start to finish. I was actually referred by my friend Ashley, and she wasn’t kidding—everyone here is genuinely great to work with. Frank (the manager) runs a great operation and made sure everything went smoothly. Steven, my sales rep, was super helpful and patient, never pushy, just focused on getting me what I needed. And Paige in finance really stood out—she took the time to walk me through all the options, explained things clearly, and helped me understand why things like GAP coverage and the extended warranty actually make sense, especially with how much driving I do around Maryland. They worked with my schedule and my budget, which I really appreciated. Overall, it felt like they actually cared about getting me into the right car, not just making a sale. First Nissan for me, and I’m really happy with it—great cars and even better people behind them. More

Consummate professional; very engaging and explinations are clear and laymen's terms. Does not try to confuse with fancy financial terms.
