They do not honor their agreement bait and switch I will never go back to this dealer again. After i negotiated a price and having them give me a 10 year wraparound warranty that was clearly written on the order sheet and approved from the used car manager. The day i was picking up the car they changed the warranty to a certified warranty. And then wanted me to pay extra for the warranty. They tried to tell me it was a mistake and the manager tried to blame the salesman. The salesman didn't make a mistake. I think this was management playing a bait and switch game. Regardless of who is at fault the general manager should have honored the written agreement. They also own Atlantic Hyundai and i have to assume they run it the same way. More

Our salesman Ceaser couldn’t have been any b I’ve purchased dozens of vehicles in my lifetime but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had.
