I never felt pressured or stressed to buy, everything was transparent, and the entire process was easy as could be. When I realized that the range of an electric car just wasn't going to be doable with my commuting habits I was able to exchange the car with no trouble at all. Now I have a beautiful Jetta and am as happy as can be! Huge shoutout to Steve, as well as Chris and Paul for making a dreaded process a piece of cake :) More
