The sale of the car took all day mostly it was my fault I wanted a different car. That’s on me, after finally picking a different car and being able to work with the loan I was given everything was great I wanted a different car. That’s on me, after finally picking a different car and being able to work with the loan I was given everything was great I was told the next day they would deliver my second set of keys. I felt bad because I live far from the dealership so I told them don’t worry I can pass by on the weekend for them. As the weekend approached I was asked to signed paperwork again due to my loan changing because of my pay stubs at this point I asked about the second key again and was told this time the key needed to be programmed and that it would need an appointment. I wrote an email again to the agent that help me buy the car. Sadly communication with them was difficult if I was able to get an answer a day was a fortunate thing, lucky for me the store manager sent me a text to see how things were going. I told him about the situation and he said he would help. Sadly it was his day off so he was going to let me agent know so they could communicate with me. A whole week pass I went from being told I was going to receive the second key to the car the next day to today when they told me they just didn’t have the necessary things to program a key but that next week on Thursday they should be able to provide me the second key. Needless to say not happy with the service give and it’s only been a week since I got the car. The car otherwise is great. But I wish the dealership would’ve been a little bit more honest when it comes to the handling of things. Or maybe have their agents call and have a conversation with the customer so they can answer question instead of only sending a daily email and making the customer chase around everyone else to get an answer. More

Mark Bova and Mitch over at Camelback Ford are awesome! After having a not so great experience at Peoria Ford on Bell Road just one phone call to Mark and he got it done. He really threw me a curveball I didn't expect him to call back saying we have the vehicle and we hit your numbers. I was on my way out the door to go look at different places and had back up in place with carvana. Even debated actually going to Camelback thinking they would pull the same tricks Peoria Ford had. But nope! They were straight up no tricks or gimmicks. We got it done that morning and I now have a brand new 2026 Maverick hybrid and loving it. I will absolutely be doing all the service for it at Camelback Ford. Thank you for all your help guys and for being great! More

Excellent experience. Started with Steve S on the phone asking about a F350 dually and what the out the door price would be. He said he would call me back with a price. Steve called back with in about 10-15 minutes with a price. We negotiated. On the price and came to an agreement. Set a time to come to do the paperwork and told him I didn’t want to spend all day there. When we got to the deal ship, the truck was out front and detailed ready to go. We were in and gone with our new truck in less than hour and a half. More
