I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received at Mini St Louis. I traveled across the country from Las Vegas and before arriving here my ventilation stopped working. I went to the service de at Mini St Louis. I traveled across the country from Las Vegas and before arriving here my ventilation stopped working. I went to the service department first thing in the morning and met Steve, a service manager. He was incredibly helpful and worked my car into the service schedule. In a matter of hours my car was fixed and we were ready to continue on our trip. The team had come through for us and I can’t be more appreciative. The entire team was friendly and courteous, an absolute fantastic experience when we were really in need. Thanks again to the team and I would give them all the highest possible rating. Unlike my local dealer at home this team made me proud to be a mini owner. I highly recommend St Louis Mini, so much so I’ll buy my next Mini from this dealer to support their business and customer focused approach. More

I'm thankful to now be working with Mini of St. Louis. I always had solid experiences with Autohaus BMW and Mini of St. Louis maintains the same standards. Taking your car to a dealership is more expensive than some other places, but the attention to detail and transparency here is refreshing. Yes, the labor rates are higher than many, but they literally show you everything in their diagnosis videos. It makes unexpected expenses less painful when you actually see the problem presented to you in a professional manner. More

Even though I brought a very geriatric mini for what was a recall service. I was treated courteously, professionally and just like if I had bought a new mini.
