Servicing your car is a drag. It takes you away from home or office, and I don't have enough time for either. This morning I set up in Audi Coral Springs cafe while my car was being serviced by Steve M home or office, and I don't have enough time for either. This morning I set up in Audi Coral Springs cafe while my car was being serviced by Steve Meyer. It was like my virtual office, only better. I enjoyed English Breakfast tea while they serviced Jiggy, my TT. I took phone calls, surfed the net, and even paid a few bills while waiting. I was comfortable, it was clean, and so was my car when I got it back! I will not service my Audi anywhere else. My needs are taken care of while my car is handled by professionals. Steve orchestrates the entire process by having someone check me in, liaising with the service technician, coming to get me in the cafe while my car is in the wash, and making sure the cashier charges me properly. The situation is micromanaged and I feel my car is treated with same precision and care. Never back twice for the same problem. Always right the first time. No time for mistakes. The most AMAZING experience. You drive up and they have your name up on a screen so they immediately greet you by name. Everywhere, including the garage, is so clean you can eat off the floor. My service rep, Steve Myers is the most helpful and trustworthy service rep I have ever worked with in all my years of owning cars to the point that when I am told I need $1300 worth of repairs I never second guess it!!!! They give me a car so I can return to my busy day at work and text and call me with updates. I truely cannot say enough about this dealership and their service department. I was just telling my friends at a party the other night that I will never want to go anywhere else to buy or service a car because the experience is so unbelievable!! I live in Lake Worth and drive all the way South to Coral Springs with out even thinking about it. Steve Meyer has always taken care of us and our A8. When our daughter had an accident in NJ with our then almost new Audi A8 we took it to Audi of Cherry Hill, NJ. who after making large unauthorized charge our daughter had an accident in NJ with our then almost new Audi A8 we took it to Audi of Cherry Hill, NJ. who after making large unauthorized charges against our credit card, continued to lie to us about when the car was going to be repaired and then delivering to us a filthy and DANGEROUS car, we drove it back to Florida and had Audi Of Coral Springs clean up the disaster. Steve worked with us and the insurance adjuster to effect another $3500 worth of repairs to undo the sloppy work by the dealer in Cherry Hill. When another problem associated with the accident appeared after a few weeks, Steve had the repair made at no charge to us. Since then we have always taken the car to this dealer and after close to 7 years and 72,000 miles, the car look s and drives almost as new. More
