I have been going to Audi Coral Springs for over a year now since my move to Florida, and the service is impeccable. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Audi Coral Springs is the best! I purchased my Audi in NY but spend 6 months in Fl and have had my car serviced there for the past 3 years. Everyone has been very courteous and the work was done well. No complaints. Customer Services is top notch compared to any other dealship Audi or not. All work is very thorough and done perfectly. Overall experiance is great and I actaully enjoy going. I put a 5 for price bec dealship Audi or not. All work is very thorough and done perfectly. Overall experiance is great and I actaully enjoy going. I put a 5 for price because I could go to a third party at a cheaper rate but the odds of needing to return for that 'issue' rises significantly so I avoid that all together by going to Steve. More

My wife and I have each owned Audis for a number of years, and, for the past 10 years, we've been taking them to Audi Coral Springs for service, always working with Steve Meyer. Everyone at Audi of Coral Springs was amazing! From Steve Meyer in service (always nice!) to Steve Meyer in sales. Steve Meyer was great, I ordered my car and before it arrived he gave me constant updates an Meyer in service (always nice!) to Steve Meyer in sales. I brought in my A4 for the 35K service. I bought my first Audi from this same dealer back in 2005 (back when it was called Champion Audi) and I have always counted on Steve for great service, quick and first Audi from this same dealer back in 2005 (back when it was called Champion Audi) and I have always counted on Steve for great service, quick and to the point friendly service that allows me to make the best out of my time. There is now a dealer about 4 miles away from my home in Weston, but I rather not venture and stay with Steve and the team in Coral Springs, even if that makes me drive 30 miles to get service, good service, I am a proud Audi owner, and part of the experience is the dealer and mostly Steve. The service department has been excellent with respect to the maintaince of my car over the past 3 1/2 years. I have had the oppotunity to work with most of the service advisors and each one has been as help the maintaince of my car over the past 3 1/2 years. I have had the oppotunity to work with most of the service advisors and each one has been as helpful as one would hope for. Their analysis of issues with the car and explanations are on target providing a high degree of confidence in the department as a whole. Even more importantly is the respect they have for my time as I bring the vehicle in for maintainence and / or repair. A loaner car is waiting and the turn around time is usually faster than expected. Having dealt with service department for over 35 years, I must say the Coral Springs Audi group are as good as I have ever seen. Knowing I have alternative choices, it is with pleasure and with confidence that I permit them to work on my car! More

One of the main reasons I decided to keep my A4 after the lease expired was the service I got for it at Audi or Coral Springs. I had purchased an extended warranty agreement and these guys have been taking g lease expired was the service I got for it at Audi or Coral Springs. I had purchased an extended warranty agreement and these guys have been taking great care of my car. My service rep is Steve Meyer, he is very efficient to get you in and out fast, goes over the service details and follows up on the phone so you know what's going on. The service department is also very responsible. I had an axle problem that was corrected and came back soon after. They not only re-did the work but when over the entire section again and made a more extensive repair to ensure it wouldn't happen again. The typical cost of maintaining the car there is probably higher than a generic shop, but I think is worth it specially for more complex mechanical issues. Replacing brakes and oil change, etc, I do at other shops. More
