Steve has been my service rep since I purchased my Audi in '09. My TT had some issues with the convertible top which took some time to take care of, since the factory had to redesign some parts. Steve did his best throughout to keep me informed of what was going on, how long it might take, and made sure I had a loaner car each time I had to leave mine behind. He and his crew do everything possible to make the customer feel appreciated, to listen to problems, and to show genuine concern for the upkeep of the car and the well being of the customer. While I initially leased elsewhere, my experience at Coral Springs Audi led me to work with Anthony Segreto to purchase the car at lease end. Again, Anthony was helpful and understanding of my concerns and gave me plenty of room to make my decision. Their service and dedication make dealing with Coral Springs Audi a pleasure...not something I have felt about other car dealers. More
