Ferman of Tarpon Springs has the best service department staff. I switched from Auto Nation South as they went downhill. The whole Service Team at Ferman is outstanding. I was called about a recall and was scheduled to come in. The person I spoke with checked to se if the part was in stock, verified it was them scheduled me. When I got to the dealership a different service p The person I spoke with checked to se if the part was in stock, verified it was them scheduled me. When I got to the dealership a different service person told me that an LTZ part has to be ordered and would take 2 and a half weeks to get in. Im a teacher and am off for the summer so my time that I can take time off to get this fixed. The time that was told to me is the week I have to report back to work. I am not happy that I now have to make arrangements for a ride and someone to take my car to get a recall fixed. More

Michael and the entire Ferman Chevy staff was fantastic. Jesse, the manager I believe, introduced himself and was genuinely kind. The service department was busy, and Michael still went above and beyond Jesse, the manager I believe, introduced himself and was genuinely kind.
