As Costco promised, from start to finish it was a pleasant experience. I felt that Steve understood what I needed and wanted, and went out of his way to make sure I got it. He made me feel valued and pleasant experience. I felt that Steve understood what I needed and wanted, and went out of his way to make sure I got it. He made me feel valued and understood as a customer (even down to my no white, gray or black car ever again!). There was no pressure from either Steve or Jennifer--just explanations of how various programs work. Even after my beautiful blue car was delivered Steve asked to make sure I was still happy with my choice. I understand when I need an oil change and where to go to get that or any other service. I will say, the leasing rebate was the clincher. I have always hated car shopping, but this experience has helped change my mind. I did not work with Mr. Foushee, so cannot rate him. More

My experience with this dealership was truly amazing! Everyone on the team were welcoming and patient. Steve knew exactly what I wanted in the first try! The process was overall extremely quick.
