By the time we left four hours later the monthly payment was $50 more per month than promised and when I got home, they had included the floor mats which I’m sure they his, wrapped into the price. They lied repeatedly about why the cost changed, but in the end, it was still pretty good deal. I would’ve gotten a Tesla and saved four hours of my life and walked away feeling less taken advantage of but The price really was still too good to pass up. I don’t know why this place can’t give customers a better experience save everyone a whole bunch of time and leave the customer feeling respected, but it is clearly not in their protocol. This is our second lease here, and there won’t be a third. More
