This experience was by far the most stress free and pleasant car buying encounter my wife and I have ever had. Zachary handled the transaction from start to finish. No hard sell, no hidden fees and I came away with total confidence in the service department. This confidence was born out by a subsequent visit to the service staff. Only negative was the time it took to get the second key from another Flood auto dealer. This took several weeks. Not enough to lower this from a five-star review. I would highly recommend Flood Mazda and Flood in general to anyone looking for a new or used car. By far my best car buying experience in 40 years. Keep up the great work. More
