Originally from Holland and has been in the states now for 39 years. He is a former restaurant owner and worked for the Ritz Carlton for 5 years.

Consistently Great Service Rusnak Westlake's Service Department consistently does a great job for us. No AC No radio On one of the hottest days of the year my Porsche Cayenne began acting up first the air conditioning system failed followed by the radio and navigatio On one of the hottest days of the year my Porsche Cayenne began acting up first the air conditioning system failed followed by the radio and navigation system becoming inoperable. Without an appointment I brought my car to Rusnak Porsche. Where I was greeted by the service department who listen to my problem assured me that it would be corrected as soon as possible. I was given a loaner car a brand-new 2015 Cayenne loaner at no cost. Within a few hours I was notified of the repairs needed at the time expected to be approximately two days. My car had a leak and flooded the backside of the dash with windshield washer fluid. Sorting out some key components and sensors which had to be replaced. My car was returned the next day completely clean and dry as if it had gone through and complete detail shop the radio and air-conditioning systems work as new. You have a great team to give a wonderful experience in purchasing a new vehicle (in this case, a beautiful 2014 Cayman)! Sales: Randy is a friendly, knowledgeable, "no-pressure" salesman that spent a tre purchasing a new vehicle (in this case, a beautiful 2014 Cayman)! Sales: Randy is a friendly, knowledgeable, "no-pressure" salesman that spent a tremendous of time with my wife and I to explain all details of the new car and the options. Robert Watkins helped explain the financial options in our situation (we are semi-retired with "fixed" income). We really appreciate his patience. Mark and Adam is always there to greet us as friends. Mark: We appreciate your trust allowing us to drive the new Cayman S without any restrictions a month ago. Steve is a jewel in the service department. His knowledge and patience, It's a pleasure to know him! Alex in service is a down-to-earth mechanic that knows the complexities of Porsches. He is friendly and always does his best to make me happy when it comes to the modifications and repair. This is the FOURTH vehicle I purchased from Rusnak. Besides the three Caymans, twenty years ago, I bought a used Nissan "Z". Thanks all for making this a "painless" and exciting experience. More

I brought in my 2012 Panamera for a problem with the fuel filler door. I walked in and spoke to Steve and showed him the problem. He immediately called the parts department to see if they had the part to fix filler door. I walked in and spoke to Steve and showed him the problem. He immediately called the parts department to see if they had the part to fix the door. They did have the part in stock. Steve told me it would be repaired in an hour or so. Since I live close to the dealership, I walked home. in an hour Steve called me and said that the repair was done. I returned to Rusnak, signed my name on the work order, and drove home. How's that for excellent service! Rusnak is the best. More
