Problem are explained and resolved expeditiously the work done by the technicians is done well. From the appointment to the greeting upon arrival to the follow up phone call that the car is ready was very much appreciated. A true professional in every sense of the word. This is my 4 th Cayenne turbo in 9 years and were it not for the treatment I receive in the service department, I would more than likely have shopped and purchased closer to my home. More
