The service Dept. messed up my oil change. But, a manager, Steve Chilton, made things right by fixing the problem. He made a trip to me and my truck is now better. After spending $2,000 in Maintenance on my 2015 Colorado I was very disappointed; I did what was recommended (as I thought) by Chevrolet (The Manufacturer) at 100,000 miles; Transmission, Brakes, Brake Fl I was very disappointed; I did what was recommended (as I thought) by Chevrolet (The Manufacturer) at 100,000 miles; Transmission, Brakes, Brake Fluid Flush, Radiator Fluid Flush, Plugs and a Fuel System Flush as Recomend by the Regal, that was not Mentioned/Recomend by Chevrolet (also replaced a T conection on one of the Coolant lines). There was no walk/test drive to let me know how everything went; I had to open the hood to figure see if the work was performed or not, I then realized that my brake fluid reservoir was not closed... I was a bit skeptical since the color of the Brake Fluid was the same as before (though it should of been clear, because it was just flushed). Next day I went and Talked to Service Manager and he apologized, and took it back to clean a bit the mess left by Service and to assure they did the Brake Fluid Flush, say they did it... What I'm more concerned is the fact that Chevrolet Recommends a Transmission Filter change at 50K and 100K miles and I thought that after spending all that Money at the required miles it was done, but no, they just do a Transmission Fluid Flush; Dealer tell me it's not Recommended and that's why they didn't do it...The same about the Sparkplugs, they just did the Plugs ($20 part), not the Coils, charging almost $300, and I thought it was all included and done, since is recommended by Chevrolet... If you care for your vehicle make sure you contact Chevrolet as I am going to do and Report the incident, the negligence (that could of cost my life), and pricing (since I learned by calling another Service Dealer that I paid 30% more for the same service)... Went for a warrenty repair. Was told I needed additional work that would cost $400. Said okay. They had to order parts. I came back and they said the additional work order was wrong and it would cost close work that would cost $400. Said okay. They had to order parts. I came back and they said the additional work order was wrong and it would cost closer to $900. I requested a refund for the payment on the parts. It took 6 weeks to get the refund. I went to Chevy Service Center in winter Haven. Got the repair done there for $270. More

Horrible customer service experience. No communication about delays and poor quality of service when checking out. In ability to use giftcard even if states service is allowed. about delays and poor quality of service when checking out. In ability to use giftcard even if states service is allowed. More
