They're always very thoughtful and understand how to talk to people without being pushy. I think showing the video of the inspection goes a long way with consumers so they get a first hand look at what's goi to people without being pushy. I bought a new set of tires from Advantage. One of them did not hold air. I returned to the dealer to learn that the problem was not with the tire, but with the valve which was damaged when t One of them did not hold air. I returned to the dealer to learn that the problem was not with the tire, but with the valve which was damaged when that tire was installed. They made it right, without additional charge, but if they did not damage the valve originally, I would have saved the couple hours it took to get it fixed. More
