Service writer was friendly and provided good , timely service. However, that said, I do not appreciate the computerized service recommendations provided in the "blue sheets". Although I realize this is a supposed added benefit, I detest this and after bringing my car to this dealership for service for ten years straight do not appreciate it!!! I prefer simple .....tell me what's wrong with my car, if anything, don't try to scare me into a purchase!!! More

Steve was great by taking my car ahead of opening hours and service was complete very quickly. Approving the work order was not so easy on your app as it listed 16 found items and asked me to go through e and service was complete very quickly. Also - three emails and I am sure a phone call is coming to as ask how things went. I appreciate the follow up but again too much requirements on my end to finish the service. More

After receiving a recall notice for my Odyssey, Mr. Steve Bullock handled the service appointment in a fast and efficient manner.
