I can’t speak highly enough of Steve Boston, Josue Bulux and Jonny Pham. They made the experience of purchasing and learning about our new Mercedes pleasant, seamless and absolutely first rate. Steve was and Jonny Pham. They made the experience of purchasing and learning about our new Mercedes pleasant, seamless and absolutely first rate. Steve was attentive, respectful and straightforward. He went out of his way to be helpful and even gave up a day off to come in and finalize the purchase. Josue then helped us close the transaction efficiently and pleasantly. He walked us through the paperwork and was able to understand our needs and advise us appropriately. Jonny gave a master class in the various features of the car. I must have said “wow” 40 times. Even if I read the manual cover to cover, it would not have been as helpful. There was no question that he could not answer. The 90 minutes spent learning about the car’s features was an amazing added service and I can’t relay how helpful it was. More
