It was smooth & quick to purchase my vehicle but I was a little discouraged I wasn't shown many aspects of the vehicle. I recently visited this dealership and was thoroughly disappointed by the experience. • Lack of Communication: Despite multiple attempts to reach out, my calls and messages went unanswered. This lack o disappointed by the experience. • Lack of Communication: Despite multiple attempts to reach out, my calls and messages went unanswered. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and unprofessional. • Inefficient Service: A simple tire change took over two hours to complete. During this time, I observed staff members engaging in inappropriate conversations about customers, which was both unprofessional and disconcerting. • Misleading Advertising: The dealership advertised vehicles at prices that did not reflect the actual cost. Upon expressing interest in a particular car, I was informed of additional charges amounting to several thousand dollars, far exceeding standard taxes and fees. This bait-and-switch tactic is deceptive and undermines customer trust. Overall, my experience was marked by poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and misleading sales practices. I cannot recommend this dealership to others and advise potential customers to exercise caution. More
