Southern did a great Job repairing my transmission issue I have had since I purchased it from Duke automotive. Even upon purchase, I tried to take it back to Duke automotive and have them repair it and the I have had since I purchased it from Duke automotive. Even upon purchase, I tried to take it back to Duke automotive and have them repair it and the service manager told me they did not have the manpower. Fortunately, Southern was able to take care of it and correct the issue. I’ll be utilizing Southern for my future purchases so that I know that they can handle any repair that may come up as well as any in-depth mechanical issue. I may need taken care of in the future. Marty was amazing. He paid attention to the details, listening to my wants and my concerns. Marty introduced me to the Nissan that checked all of my important boxes. Dealership was great but the Service Rep Nancy was rude and short the entire interaction. Had another customer paperwork stapled to my paperwork, I had to call her for updates and when she answered she act and short the entire interaction. I will recommend the service department to anyone, however will ensure to let them know NOT to work with Nancy. More
