The car I took in belongs to my now deceased father. He passed on March 2nd. It had under 9,000 miles on it, tires were original. I took my car in for service due to an issue with the shifter. I had to leave it at the dealership for a week, during which I was provided with a rental car and received periodic updates. The total cost for a battery replacement, shifter replacement, and an oil and filter change came to $300. Unfortunately, just two days after picking up my car, the check engine light turned on, requiring me to return it for further inspection. The following day, I was informed that the car was ready for pickup. However, when the valet returned my vehicle at 6 PM, the check engine light was still on—the very issue for which I had initially brought it in. I had no choice but to leave the car again with the on-call service representative that evening. After that, I received no updates despite multiple calls and messages. Eventually, I was notified that the car was ready, but upon arrival, I was presented with an additional $200 charge. When I explained that my vehicle was under warranty, I was told that the warranty provider, Ally, had agreed to cover only half the cost. I purchased this car from this dealership, and it is extremely disappointing to have experienced such poor service. Since buying the vehicle, I have encountered numerous issues and have now spent a total of $500 on repairs. I strongly urge the dealership to conduct more thorough evaluations of the cars being sold and to improve the quality of their service. More

The drop off and pick up of the vehicle is chaotic. The car is always returned with a substandard car wash leaving the car, wheels and windows covered in water spots.
