Stephanie Nathanael showed me cars, answered questions and guided me in my purchase. The Subaru website and dealer website are excellent research resources to make a very informed decision about what you want for a model, trim, as well as option packages. I utilized the dealer website to pick from the inventory, but knew that it lacked a few accessories that were easy to add through the Accessory Catalog in the Parts & Service tab on the Subaru of Kennesaw site after placing my order. My car took about 2/3 weeks to arrive & my accessory order was waiting. Stephanie and Matt from parts let me know about each step in the final process.
