Beware of listed prices,.."internet price" etc. Led us to believe prices were good until after they performed a credit check- saying we weren't eligible for the full discount. This type of behavior is what gives dealerships a bad name. More

First time a dealership was hassle free. I am previous Toyota owner and always bought from Toyota. They got me the payment I needed and helped me save money. Stephanie was amazing. My vehicle was totaled in a wreck and insurance was dragging their feet. I had no down payment and less than perfect credit but needed a vehicle. I inquired about two used vehicles an and insurance was dragging their feet. I had no down payment and less than perfect credit but needed a vehicle. I inquired about two used vehicles and Stephanie was able to get me into a brand new 2020 Versa. I had a co signer and, though the documents had to be mailed to him, I was able to go pick up the car that day. Most everything was completed through text and email while I was at work. Rip off Con man dealership Bought a used truck there in June of 2018. I was from out of town, So after purchase I discovered a lot of rust underneath and had mechanical problem Bought a used truck there in June of 2018. I was from out of town, So after purchase I discovered a lot of rust underneath and had mechanical problems starting to happen just a month after purchase. just 6 months after purchase trucks motor would not hold any oil pressure and I had to have a complete engine replacement that cost me 6000 just 6 months after i paid them 17k for a truck that was a rip off, This truck should have never been sold to the public. This was an auction car that looks like it had been in a flood and passed off. The dealer did not give a crap about me after the truck was gone. The truck died on me on the interstate and lost all power, nearly got me and my son into an accident that could have killed us, all because of these people and there crooked, shady business practices. These people dont give a crap about you or your family. All they care about is greed and cheating you off for as much as they can. xxxx business, run by xxxx people. More

Felt ripped off and cheated I was from out of town and saw a truck that looked good to me. I talked to the dealership and got things moving and I got a one way ride up to get th I was from out of town and saw a truck that looked good to me. Truck ended up being badly rusted and was hidden and not disclosed to me. The transmission has issues and they knew this. The tires, brakes, rotors, pads all have to be replaced as they are crap and rusted. They tried to rip me off on my trade in that honestly runs better than what I was sold. I had same type of truck that has 240.000 miles on it that runs and performs a xxxx of a lot better than this truck that is the same type I already had that they sold me. Then after that, it took them little over two months to get my tag done and get it to me. I had to get temporary tags two times from them. I made clear how dis-satisfied I was and wanted to return the truck for a full refund and just start all over and all I got was crickets. They knew they sold me crap and don't care about how their greed messes up other peoples lives when they do this stuff to honest folks. Hurricane Florence just sunk about 40,000 cars. I am sure the Wallace team will be out there getting these cars for nothing then selling them at inflated prices, to unsuspecting consumers for their bottom line greed. Do not buy from these people. They are not honest. More

Used Cars???!!!!! YES So, let me start by saying I had seen a car online and drove to see it but was sad that it had been driven off just 45 minutes earlier. As I was talking to Stephanie my salesperson I asked if there was anything else I might be interested in. To my surprise and hers they had just traded for a 2011 BMW 328i and we drove to the back to see it. It hadn't even been cleaned up. I took it for a spin and instanly liked it. Although I had my heart set on a coupe, this was a sedan. We talked numbers and I decided I thought it was a great deal. Stephanie was awesome during the entire process. Because it had not been detailed yet and gone through their booking process I didn't take it home that day. Did I mention that I live an hour and a half away from the dealership? Yessss and so as we drove away that day and I was recounting in my mind if I had made the right decision we looked and there was a beautiful rainbow above the dealership! A clear sign I had made the right decision. So fast forward til Friday and I was driving up to pick up my car.....guess what? Yessss another rainbow, same place!!! So I do believe that was placed there to show me that my purchase was meant to be! I absolutely love my car and feel like I am now a part of the dealership family. Everyone, and I do mean everyone was so helpful, nice, and made me feel so at ease during the entire process. I would definitely recommend seeing Stephanie because she is the Bombdiggity!!! More
