My first purchase at a dealership I had a great experience at Nissan in Cookeville! My sales person was Scott Davenport and I felt like he went above and beyond for me. He knew the fir I had a great experience at Nissan in Cookeville! My sales person was Scott Davenport and I felt like he went above and beyond for me. He knew the first day I came that I wasn't expecting to purchase on that day but he still tried to help me find a car in my budget, took his time with me, and let me test drive my favorite that day. I went to four dealerships in Cookeville that day and he was the only person to do that since they all knew I didn't want to purchase on that day. This caused me to come back the next morning and know what car I wanted and who I wanted to buy it from! He knew that this was my first time buying a car from a dealership so he tried to provide me with as much information as possible and help me understand everything. He was extremely nice and helpful for my entire experience. He even called me yesterday to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and to see if I needed anything. My mom was with me for my purchase and she even said that she wants to go back to Nissan and buy from Scott when she is ready to upgrade her vehicle. Stephanie Boles was also great in the finance office and helped figure out the best deal that would work for me! Great service! More

LIES, LIES, LIES I contacted Cookeville Nissan interested in two Rogue's which I had found online at 2 other dealerships in TN. I went in to purchase a 2016 Rogue SV I contacted Cookeville Nissan interested in two Rogue's which I had found online at 2 other dealerships in TN. I went in to purchase a 2016 Rogue SV with moonroof and I wanted the Cayenne Red with fog lights. I had vin #s and pictures of the vehicles I liked from the other dealers. After sitting at Cody's desk over an hour and half and him and Micah telling me they could not find one in the state of TN, because both Cool Springs and Newton's had sold the ones I had the vin #s on, they magically found one. Supposedly in South Carolina, but there was a little bad news......it was about 1500 more then the ones I had found, but that 1500 included some extra options???? Well guess what I believed them and bought it!!!!! Paid my money down and was supposed to pick it up on Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday, I got a text from Cody saying it was done. I went to pick it up and glanced at the vin # and low and behold it was the Rogue from Cool Springs (that they had sold???) with an MSRP of $27475 and Cookeville Nissan charged me $28931. So when I start questioning Cody Tillis, he was having a hard time explaining and goes to get Travis Winston and his only thing he could say is "I don't know what the bid deal is, you are driving off in the car you wanted and we can't give you $6000 rebates/incentives off and $4000 for a trade as well". I stated the big deal is you added 1500 to your MSRP to make it look as though you gave me 1500 more for my trade, and if you only could give me $2500 for my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder, that's what you should have told me from the beginning. The whole deal was a lie. The MSRP on both of the ones I had found was $27475 and $27330. Nissan was advertising $6000 off of both of those models. I got my keys and left. I was very irritated. I had already wasted approximately 6 hours with this dealership and walked away knowing they are a dealership you can't trust. You better watch your numbers with this dealership!!!!! They change the MSRP so they can get your trade for nothing. There is a lot more to all of this but it would take more then this page to tell it. Another lie was they had said Newton's had sold the Rogue I liked of theirs, well I drove it home last night a happy customer and saved over $2000 with them. I would not recommend anyone to go to Cookeville Nissan. More

Internet deal was Wonderful I searched far and wide for a used Maxima that was to my liking. I finally found "the one" at Cookville Nissan via CarFax. This was not only my fi I searched far and wide for a used Maxima that was to my liking. I finally found "the one" at Cookville Nissan via CarFax. This was not only my first time with this dealership, but also working a deal without even visiting the dealership. I must say that all went almost flawlessly and was much more convenient than the old fashioned way of spending hours on a hot lot and back and forth between sales and the "mysterious sales manager". Cookville Nissan had the best selection and price; hands down; within 250 miles of Seymour TN. They didn't even try to get my trade in for nothing. They offered me a very fair price. After I saw the quote sheet they emailed me, I checked for vehicles comparable to my trade and saw right away that they were only looking to make a modest profit from it. Amazing dealership and team. Sales team in order of appearance: Jeff Cessna - Initial Sales Contact Tamara Palmer - BCD Manager Adam Skarzynski - Internet Sales Stephanie Boles - Finance First of all, I have to make mention of the (2) players that I actually met (Adam and Stephanie). They were both so personable, knowledgeable and really closed this deal for me right away. If I were to find myself back at Cookville Nissan, I would insist on dealing with both of them. She explained everything in detail from our credit scores to our options in coverage and even let me call the next day with the options I wanted. She did not rush me into anything and only wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I will never deal with anyone else. WE LOVE THEM!!! More
