If your smart you won't step foot on this lot We can honestly say this is the worst car lot ever. We brought one of their demo's, it had 9000. miles on it. Full factory warranty and we purchased We can honestly say this is the worst car lot ever. We brought one of their demo's, it had 9000. miles on it. Full factory warranty and we purchased extended warranty. When we brought it the big seller point never been wrecked or titled. And showed us a car fax saying the same, little did we know it wasn't On the truck we where buying. After the truck was back there 5 times the 1st year, for the same problem. we cut our losses and trade it. This is when we found out, it had been wrecked. We traded under 36000. Miles show you how much it was on the road and it was still under the factory warranty. Now 3 months later we are still trying to get the refund for the extended warranty. We keep getting told it should be there in two weeks, now 3 months out. Please before going check consumer reports . More

The Most Pleasant Vehicle Purchase I've Ever Made As the title indicates, this was the best experience I've had at any automobile dealership for any brand. Friends and associates have dealt with and recommended Nissan of Cookeville, and after I decided that a Frontier was the truck I wanted, I went the extra distance from the Knoxville area. The extra time and effort was more than compensated by the dealership's efforts to find just the vehicle I wanted. The salesman was Jeff Harrison, who responded to every call, question, and request without hesitation and with absolute professionalism. Jeff worked to find just the truck I wanted, and I got exactly the vehicle I was after: 4-door, long bed, 4-wheel drive, and the precise color and trim package, which is not very common. It was refreshing not to be bombarded with the high-pressure pitch, which is another reason I decided to go outside of the Knoxville area. Jeff Harrison is a true gentleman, and you'd do well to take a trip to Cookeville's Nissan dealership. And while the financing portion of the sale was brief in comparison, Stephanie Boles was equally pleasant and professional, and took time to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions along the way. The truck is great, and I can recommend Nissan, the Frontier, and the nice folks at Nissan of Cookeville without reservation. More
