Had a good experience buying my car. Part of my decision to buy from Heiser, is the location is only 1 block from my house. Stephen was very informative about the operation and features of the car. Made me confident I was buying the right vehicle. Then I went to sign the final papers with Brad and I instantly got second thoughts with Brad stating the many things that could go wrong with the car. I declined all the extra coverages and I'll decide on extended warranties within the next 3 years. All said, I'm happy with my purchase. More

I had not realized what a easy and convenient experience it was until I bought a Toyota from a dealer in Brookfield a month later!!
