NEVER BUY AND SERVICE YOUR CAR IN THIS DEALERSHIP! !! I bought a car Hyundai Elantra on October 26, 2023 in the Coconut Creek dealership. In the beginning of the March 2024 two horns of this car stopp !! I bought a car Hyundai Elantra on October 26, 2023 in the Coconut Creek dealership. In the beginning of the March 2024 two horns of this car stopped working. From that moment, I visited the dealership Coconut Creek Hyundai several times to know when this defect could be fixed. Every time I was told they had no these horns. I was asked to wait a few more days. A few days passed, but nothing has changed. After that, I turned to the service manager, who also could not give at least an approximate date of repair of my car. After that, I decided to apply to Hyundai Motor America. The HMA opened the case #230…. After many negotiations, I was promised that in four days dealership would receive these horns. Four days later, I tried calling the service manager to see if the horns had arrived, but no one answered or returned my call. My next trips to the dealership also did not yield anything. I did not get any information about ETA of these parts. After a while, I called HMA again and found out that my case was closed. No one could explain to me why my case was closed. The HMA opened a new case #23314… It was promised that in a week horns would arrive. Nothing came to the dealership. I went to the dealership again and spoke to the parts manager. He promised to call me back with ETA, but he did not call. I got call and text from HMA saying that they were on my case and promise to solve the problem soon. Finally, on Friday June 06, 2024, I received a call from HMA 714 410 4321 saying that they could not indicate ETA. Therefore, for three months, HMA and Coconut Creek dealership has been unable to fix the simplest defect in my car. What will happen if my car will have problems that are more serious? THIS IS A LEMON CAR! This dealership wastes my time and nerves! He is defaming the reputation and image of Hyundai. When contacting me about my problem, the general manager told me that the dealership is not responsible for the malfunction, and that I should contact the manufacturer, although I bought the car new from the dealership. It's been almost 5 months now and no one can or wants to fix my problem. More

All was well went to buy my alantra,,after they sold it to me everything stopped...tryed to get some to call back to explain the features,and theg work..after 3 days,and 5 calls with no one returing my cal to me everything stopped...tryed to get some to call back to explain the features,and theg work..after 3 days,and 5 calls with no one returing my calla..I give up...not a call back from salesma,or from manager of HYUNDAI OF COCONUT CREEK...Will never buy from this dealership again..BEWARE More

I am extremely disappointed at Hyundai and this will possibly be my last Hyundai vehicle after almost 12 years of always being a loyal and returning customer to the brand AND the dealearship. November 2 possibly be my last Hyundai vehicle after almost 12 years of always being a loyal and returning customer to the brand AND the dealearship. November 2019 I made really bad choice, I decided to go on another lease with another Santa Fe at the same dealership (Coconut Creek Hyundai). I paid money down, got to an agreement and they did not honor theirs. They were so late in sending the payment of the remaining lease on my last vehicle (also a Santa Fe wich I leased on the same dealership) that my credit score was marked with a charge off despite all my efforts to contact the dealership and Hyundai Finance several times. Last time I contacted them, I was advised that account was paid in full and nothing to worry about... So naive, I believed them. There was a small amount due (that to this day I am not clear what that was about) of $199. I never received a letter, email or phone call letting me know that there was still a small amount due. I am pretty sure you can check by the records and on my last call in regards to the old vehicle I was informed account was paid in full. I called Hyundai Finance when I saw the mark right away to make the payment. In all these years I was NEVER NEVER late on a payment (not even during the pick of the pandemic when everyone lost a little of income) I kept all my payments on time. This is my last effort to try to get someone to at least acknowledged my complaint. I called the dealership several times, left several voicemails and messages in the past few months. NEVER heard back... Can you believe after all this years as a customer, NOBODY contacted me back, not even to discuss my complaint? Well, I cannot wait to return my Santa Fe. I used to love and always speak very highly of Hyundai to all my friends and family. I will never make the same mistake of getting another Hyundai. More

They had left out the payment to cover my overage in miles. I was pleased to hear They would send me a check in the mail to cover the payment. Thank you Tyrone D. And Stan for a speedy resolution and understanding. I will thank you all again and your staff once the check arrives. Keep up the good work we really enjoy our Hyundai Tuscons!!! More

Employees drive your car when you leave them to be serviced. Leasing a 2016 Genesis from here. My sales guy Chris was wonderful, but I will never take my car back there to be serviced. The radio is my car went out for what ever reason and when I took my vehicle there, i made sure that I took a photo of my mileage since I have a lease. When I went to pick my vehicle back up from the dealer my mileage was up by 50+ miles. Meaning someone at the dealership had to drive my car long distance. I again I have lease and have to pay for my mileage. When I called to speak with the service manager he claimed that no one drove my vehicle I even offered to show him the picture of my mileage prior to me dropping my car off and the mileage on the dashboard from when I picked up my vehicle. I will never trust them with my car. More
