I left the operations side to aggressively pursue what I love. PEOPLE! The personal connection, bond and camaraderie is second to none.I dove head first into Corporate/major account Sales, Sales Management, and eventually landed in Customer Retention management. In this capacity I had the privilege to manage large groups of employees of 100+ utilizing my skill of critical thinking, problem solving and quasi self proclaimed therapist.I had another eureka moment and thought how crazy would it be if I married the things I really enjoy. PEOPLE, SALES & AUTOMOBILES. It was then I was determined to learn all that I could about the business. So throughout the years I have held various positions at the dealership level. Warranty Manager, Service advisor, Service Manager, Body Shop, and lastly Sales. However my most challenging yet rewarding job is being a father of two. I am an UBER dad and cheerleader to my completive cheerleader daughter and ATM/Life Coach to my son when he listens

The financing team was transparent and efficient, and we appreciated the honest communication throughout. We drove away feeling confident in both our purchase and the support we received, inclusive of receiving a full explanation of how our new car works from Volvo engineer who was very patient with the short time we had. Didn’t I do this already? Stacey was a great representative to help me find a car to replace my 22yr old Volvo. Based on what I was looking for, he chose 3 cars for me to dr Stacey was a great representative to help me find a car to replace my 22yr old Volvo. Based on what I was looking for, he chose 3 cars for me to drive that day. It was a hard choice between 2 Subarus, and we chose the one with the fewer miles on it. It’s a nice car. It’s higher off the ground than most of my previous cars. It’s fine for me, but my dog is having a little trouble jumping in the back seat. Stacey was a good person to drive with. He’s pleasant and friendly. He also helped us with directions since we aren’t from Summit. Once we had decided we would buy one of the Subarus, he put together the paperwork needed for the purchase. And I drove it home that day! If I buy another car from Smyth, I would ask for Stacey again! More
