I had several recent visits; July 23: oil change and 1st part of 100,00 mi maintenance on Honda Aug 9: Finished the last 3 parts of 100,00 mi maintenance on Honda Aug 12: oil change on ford truck This to part of 100,00 mi maintenance on Honda Aug 9: Finished the last 3 parts of 100,00 mi maintenance on Honda Aug 12: oil change on ford truck This totaled $1059.61 Aug 14: I receive email from Honda to bring my vehicle in for maintenance and receive 5% off. This offer comes AFTER I had the maintenance done, so cannot make use of the 5% off. i called Honda to talk to Service Manager who did not call me back. I am not happy. Otherwise, the customer service was good. I would like to make the 5% offer retroactive since my 100,00 maintenance was very shortly before the offer. More
