They made me wait for 3 hours just for an oil change. I bought my car in this dealer and I do all maintenance here because I had a maintenance service insurance after the insurance expired they have taken bought my car in this dealer and I do all maintenance here because I had a maintenance service insurance after the insurance expired they have taken 3 hours to do just the oil change in my last 2 services. I’m not going back to this dealer anymore. I wouldn’t recommend it More

Courteous , professional. Great service. Reasonable prices They are best of any dealers I have been to in my 68 years. They are professional and courteous. They get the job done in a timely manner. I pass by several other dealerships. There nothing particularly wrong with those dealerships in my experience. Hayes is just better. My vehicle drives better and I feel safer in today's traffic. They’re incompeyent I went in for several issues. The only thing they were able to do is reset my radio. One thing I noticed is that after they kept my truck for 3 days I I went in for several issues. The only thing they were able to do is reset my radio. One thing I noticed is that after they kept my truck for 3 days I went in with 1/2 of tank of gas when I picked it up it was on the reserve. I still can figure that one out. More

I gave them the time and I did not complain I did not ask for a loaner....I just want to say that Hayes Chrysler service department techs did a fantastic job with all preventative maintenance services and the initial complaints that I came in for for the electrical issues. They have fantastic technicians the are worth the money To spend if you want a great job done! My service advisor Smitty was absolutely fabulous he is a 21 year plus certified Chrysler adviser he knows his stuff his communication is outstanding. More
